Okayyyy now onto skin care! These products does not cause my skin any breakouts or irritation. It suits my skin type which is dry/combination (this is legit according to a skin test at Keihl's lol). Everyone's skin is different so it might not suit you but i thought of sharing them anyways hoping that you'll find this helpful so read on if you're interested! :)

Morning Skin Care Routine

My Morning skin care routine is a little simple and gentle compared to my massive night time routine but that doesn't mean it's not as important and I'll never skip these even if its a stay-at-home without make up day.

Cleanse

I use only The Body Shop Tea Tree Cooling & Creamy Facewash to cleanse my face in the morning without my Clarisonic. I used to use my Clarisonic in my morning routines but for the past month I cut it down to only at night as I feel that once a day sufficed for my current skin condition which is more stable now.

I have mad mad love for this Tea Tree cleanser in the morning coz it makes my face so cold and it wakes me up. Literally.Then I jump into the shower. I never let the hot water of the shower touch my face coz I have a bad habit of bathing with extremely hot water sometimes so hot that my chest turns red! Haha so it a big no no for the face. The skin on the face is so delicate that it can only take lukewarm or cold water. Ok enough blabbering

Tone

Thennnn I use the witch hazel to tone my face. No matter how clean my face feels, I’ll never skip this step or else I wont feel good about applying anything else on my skin after that. Haha

Sun screen

I cant even stress how important this step is. Some people skip this step mainly coz

Updated night skincare routine - No major breakouts in a month!

So I have made some changes in my night time skin care routine which I think has helped tremendously with my problematic skin and kept it clear for a whole month! Lets dive in shall we?

1.Loreal Gentle Eye & Lip Make up Remover (RM20? not too sure)

To remove my make up off, I’ve been using the good old Loreal Absolute Eye & Lip Make up Remover for my eye make up. I use waterproof liquid liner and waterproof mascara so this takes off every trace of eye make up.

2.Bobbi Brown Soothing Cleansing Oil (RM150)

Evening Skincare Routine- feat Clarisonic Mia2

Skin type : Oily & acne prone

I put on make-up almost every single day and believe it or not, as much as i LOVE putting on make up, I enjoy taking it off just as much. Coz by the end of my long ass day at work, my make up would've melted off by the oil my face produces and it just feels grossssss.

Cleanse

Personally, I prefer cleansing waters to take off the day's makeup and recently I've been using the This Works Clean-skin-5-in-1-water. This was kind of an impulse purchase while I was browsing through Luxola coz my Neutrogena cleansing water's almost finished at the time and i hated it and will neverrrr repurchase it, so I got this since the packaging's cute too. GLAD i got it coz I freaking love it! It smells like rose and it doesn't sting my eyes, AND it removes my waterproof eye make up so well. This in my opinion is on par with the love of my life Bioderma.

Cleansing
After removing all the gunk off my face with a few cotton pads, i get on to my fav part, using the Clarisonic Mia2! I started using this since end of January this year, everyday twice a day and I must say, all the hype this little machine got wasnt for shit. The way it cleanses your skin is just beyond what the human hands can do dammit. It leaves my skin squeaky clean that when i tone it, there's not even a trace of make up on the cotton pad. But ofcourse you need a great cleanser to go with it otherwise it wont perform well. For my skin, I use the Purity Made Simple 3 in 1 Cleanser by Philosophy and these two works so well. It's like Purity is Clarisonic's boyfriend or somethin. Inseparable.

I just pour some cleanser onto my Clarisonic and let it do its thang to my face for a minute

Toner
